Yesterday, the UK Government issues the statement below (see link), calling for the tourism industry to do more to cater for disabled people.
Isle Access is happy to work with local businesses, organisations and local government to make the Isle of Wight more accessible and inclusive for disabled people.
Unlike other mainland resorts, the Isle of Wight does NOT have ONE fully accessible beach. It is outrageous that families cannot share quality time together on any of our lovely beaches. Isle Access calls upon Isle of Wight Council to work with us to address this inequality, and help make the Island a destination that ALL residents and tourists can enjoy.
Our consultancy fees are reasonable and a wise investment. We can assist with audits, access forums, mystery shopping, training and general advice.
